At Avelo Bike, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Because our products are shipped internationally and involve large freight logistics, our return and refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and compliant with applicable consumer protection standards. Please review the following terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping
If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us at info@avelobike.com.

If the order has not yet shipped, a full refund may be issued.

Once the order has been shipped or a shipping label has been created, cancellation is no longer possible and the order must follow the return procedure outlined below.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions.

Item is unused, unassembled, unopened, and in original sealed packaging

Item shows no damage, scratches, or signs of use
Not Eligible for Return

Items that have been opened, assembled, ridden, charged, or modified

Items without original packaging

Items returned after 30 days

Damage caused by improper handling, installation, accidents, negligence, water exposure, prolonged sun exposure, or abnormal use

Products altered with third-party or aftermarket components

We typically respond within 3 business days.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
4. Returns Covered by Avelo Bike
Avelo Bike will cover all return shipping costs and fees if:

The product arrives defective or damaged

The item received does not match the order
In these cases, no processing or restocking fees apply.
5. Return Fees & Deductions
Because electric motorcycles and e-bikes are large freight items, returns may incur logistics and handling fees in the following situations:
Change-of-Mind Returns

Customer is responsible for return shipping

10% return processing fee deducted from the refund
Opened but Unused Items
(Item remains unassembled, undamaged, and fully resalable)

Customer is responsible for return shipping

20% return processing fee deducted
Quality-Related Returns

No fees apply

Avelo Bike covers all return shipping and handling costs
6. International Shipping Notice
All orders are shipped from China via international sea freight. As a result:

Orders that have already shipped cannot be refunded without a valid reason

If a cancellation or return is requested after shipment, the customer is responsible for all related costs, including but not limited to:

Sea freight return shipping

Port and customs clearance fees

Storage charges

Domestic trucking or interception costs

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate at checkout. Delivery failures caused by incorrect information are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Refund Processing
Refunds are initiated once the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection.

Exchanges are processed after returned items pass inspection and replacement inventory is available.
