Orders from Avelo Bike are shipped directly from our partner warehouses in China. Please review the shipping terms below carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Process
All electric motorcycles and e-bikes are shipped via international sea freight, followed by domestic truck delivery within the United States.
After your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking update that includes:

Vessel name and voyage number
-
Estimated Time of Departure (ETD)
-
Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
-
Sea freight tracking reference (when available)
Once the shipment arrives at the U.S. destination port, it will undergo customs clearance and container release. After clearance is completed, the shipment will be transferred to a local trucking company for final delivery to your address.
2. Final Delivery
Before final delivery, the local freight carrier or truck driver will contact you by phone to confirm a delivery date and time.
Please ensure that:

Your shipping address is accurate and complete

Your phone number is valid and reachable
Any delays, storage fees, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address or contact information are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Shipment Verification
Before dispatch, we provide a warehouse outbound video showing your actual product and its packaging.
This is done to ensure transparency and to serve as proof of shipment.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeframe
Typical delivery timelines are as follows:

Sea freight: 20–35 days (depending on port schedules and destination)

Domestic truck delivery: 3–10 days after customs clearance
Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including port congestion, customs inspections, weather conditions, or delays caused by local freight carriers.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy (Shipping Related)
Due to the nature of international sea freight logistics:

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded without a valid reason.

If a cancellation is requested after shipment has been dispatched, the customer is responsible for all incurred costs, including but not limited to:

Sea freight return charges

Customs duties or clearance fees

Port storage fees

Domestic trucking costs

Carrier interception or rerouting fees (if applicable)

6. Undeliverable Addresses
If the freight carrier is unable to deliver to your provided address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery solution.
Any additional costs resulting from address changes or redelivery requests may be charged to the customer.
